To start summer off right, we’re releasing TWO beers this week and we’ll begin with “Hope is Big“ tonight. Light and piquant, this grisette has piney, peppery qualities with a hint of stonefruit. Heavily dry hopped with Amarillo and El Dorado, this farmhouse-style ale is a refreshing and delightful addition to our lineup.
Don’t forget that this Wednesday we host Go Figure Drawing session in our private event room! Join Sarah Pollack at 7pm with your sketchpad and pencils. This event is FREE so if you’ve been dying to flex your artistic muscles, now’s your time!
This THURSty THURSday we’re introducing “Mettavolution,” a Cryo Hop IPA with upfront aromatics of pineapple and orange. Cryo hops are a more concentrated version of the flower and offer a softer bitterness on the palate. We used Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe quite liberally and even threw in some additional Simcoe pellets. The result is a smooth and juicy IPA with a hint of candy-like sweetness and well-rounded finish.
The rest of the weekend is pretty chill with live music by Leisure McCorkle on Saturday and a pint donation day on Sunday benefiting 24 Foundation. Swing by, grab a pint and enjoy!
Did you know? Propelling ourselves into the future seems like a hella cool idea but, it’s legally frowned upon, according to cryonics.org. You can, however, preserve yourself at CI for a minimum fee of $28,000.
