UPDATE - This event has been rescheduled due to the winter storm predicted to hit Charlotte on Saturday, 1/31. This event will now take place on Sunday, February 22. (The new deadline to register is February 20) First place winner not only gets bragging rights, but also a limited-edition Birdsong apron! There will be a limited number of competition entries, so sign up early if you want to compete! *This event is for amateurs only; no restaurants, businesses, or promotions allowed* HOW TO ENTER: Pay $20 to enter. https://square.link/u/5CYLqMZ0 - Bring enough baked mac & cheese for around 100 people *to taste* in (2) Half Size (11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 2 9/16") aluminum baking pans. Birdsong will provide chafing dish set up to keep your mac & cheese hot. - Provide a list of possible allergies AND choose a currently-available Birdsong beer that pairs best with your mac & cheese. Birdsong will provide cups and spoons for tasting. - Baked mac & cheese must be hot and ready to serve. - Limit 2 toppings. Bring your own serving spoon.

HOW TO BE A MAC & CHEESE TASTE TESTER: Pay $10 to receive a wristband.
