Honey Pie Day

Thursday January 8th

It's no secret that our Honey Pie Double IPA is often referred to as "Heaven in a glass." In this limited release brew, a solid malt foundation is complimented by a generous amount of locally harvested honey from Cloister Honey, and Hops!  Our unique blend of hops will deliver you aromas of honeydew and grapefruit, and will have you pouring the second beer before you've finished the first! Join us for the release of Honey Pie Double IPA on Thursday, January 8, 2026!

CANS and draft will go on sale at 3PM on Thursday and will be first come, first served.

LIMONE PIZZA will be on site serving their delicious wood-fired pizzas from 3 - 9 pm and will have their Francesca pie with Olive oil base, fresh Mozzarella, Sopressatta, ricotta cheese, red onion, oregano, and hot honey! (available without the Sopressatta for the vegetarians!) They will also be offering a garlic pie (like garlic knots, but in pizza-form)!

Run Club

Rain or shine, we’ll always have a crew out at @birdsongbrewing on Thursday nights! Come join us at 6:30 pm every Thursday for run club!

We have 1, 3, and 6 mile routes and will be hanging around as a group afterwards for beer and peanuts. We’ll even be raffling off some free beer!  All are welcome - see you there!

Mac & Cheese Bake Off

Sunday February 1st

Are you thinking about making a killer mac & cheese to serve at your sports ball party? This is your opportunity to perfect your recipe before the big game. First place winner not only gets bragging rights, but also a limited-edition Birdsong apron!

Save the date for our second annual Mac & Cheese Bake Off, which will take place on Sunday, February 1st, from 1:00-3:00 PM.

There will be a limited number of competition entries, so sign up early if you want to compete!

The winners will be awarded the following prizes: Birdsong Apron + $20 gift card $20 gift card  $15 gift card

Amateur cooks from all over are invited to bake their best BAKED Mac & Cheese. *This event is for amateurs only; no restaurants, businesses, or promotions allowed* 

 HOW TO ENTER: (must sign up before January 30, 2025) Pay $20 to enter.

Entries close on January 30. 

 - Bring enough baked mac & cheese for around 100 people *to taste* in (2) Half Size (11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 2 9/16") aluminum baking pans. Birdsong will provide chafing dish set up to keep your chili hot. 

 - Provide a list of possible allergies AND choose a currently-available Birdsong beer that pairs best with your chili. Birdsong will provide serving cups and spoons for tasting. 

 - Baked mac & cheese must be hot and ready to serve. 

 - Limit 2 toppings. Bring your own serving spoon. 

 HOW TO BE A MAC & CHEESE TASTE TESTER: Pay $10 to receive a wristband. (you must have a wristband!)
