We're hosting our third annual Chili Cook Off on Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 3-5pm!

Join us for some friendly competition and good eats! Amateur chili cooks are invited  to cook their best chili. Bring it hot, bring it mild, with or without beans!

*This event is for amateurs only; no restaurants, businesses, or promotions allowed* The winners will be awarded the following prizes: 1st Place:   $50 Gift Card + Surprise Gift! 2nd Place:  $30 Birdsong Gift Card 3rd Place:   $20 Birdsong Gift Card  HOW TO ENTER AS A CHILI COOK: - Pay $10 to enter - Bring at least 4 quarts (128 oz) of your homemade chili in (2) Half Size (11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 2 9/16") aluminum baking pans. You should have enough chili to serve a 2 oz sample to 60 people. ***Birdsong will provide chafing dish set up to keep your chili hot. - Provide a list of possible allergies AND choose a currently-available Birdsong beer that pairs best with your chili. Birdsong will provide serving utensils, cups and spoons for tasting. - Chili must be hot and ready to serve. - Limit 2 condiments. HOW TO BE A CHILI TASTE TESTER: Pay $10 at the door to receive a wristband. (you must have a wristband!) - Wristband gets you unlimited samples AND one drink token. - Taste each chili! - VOTE!
